A most spectacular gem of the Kronotskiy Reserve is our world famous Valley of Geysers, a must see for every single Kamchatka guest. The Valley of Geysers is a hard to reach spot of the Kronotskiy Reserve, which is located approximately 180km North-East from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy. The Valley of Geysers ecosystem is very unique, and very susceptible to outside influences, which is why it is one of the most closely guarded natural spots of Russia. Hot steam-jets, bubbling hot pools, as well as geysers themselves positioned along a 5km stretch of the Geyser river, with their spectacular displays, are all here for you to explore.
Tour Program:
Our helicopter trip to the Valley of Geysers will take you past Karymskiy (active) volcano and Malyi Semyachik with its spectacular acid crater lake. Flight time is 45 minutes. Valley of Geysers walking tour takes approximately 1 hours. Then we fly over to the Uzon volcano for a 1-hour guided tour. For the final leg of our day, we fly over to the Nalychevo valley to have lunch and soak in the relaxing natural thermal pools. From here, the helicopter takes us back to the heliport. Total tour duration is 6 hours.
